A Practical Grammar for Classical Hebrew by J. Weingreen. This was my Hebrew textbook. Here is a Unnofficial Answer Key to Weingreen's grammar by Jason Hare. 

Learn Biblical Hebrew  by John Dobson. This link is to a free pdf, perfect for studying from a tablet, although Here is a link to purchase the paperback. This is an excellent approach for self-study. This is the book I am using for my students learning Biblical Hebrew. The following audio tracks go with the program.

The Concise Classical Dictionary of Classical Hebrew (Eng. & Heb. Ed.) The most up-to-date and easiest to use. Does not contain transliterations.
